Addition of Feedz
We are introducing a new program for all of our teams which help to give IDPs for the boys throughout the season as opposed to one meeting at the end of the season. Coaches can give a voice note on a session or game and link in what videos or additional resources could assist in growing in those areas. Excited to see how we utilize this tool to help link in parents with what feedback the boys are getting during a session.
