Why:
At Sporting Iowa we recognize the need and desire for elite training/game environments for young women in the Des Moines metro. With so many quality collegiate soccer programs in the state of Iowa, and ambitious Sporting Iowa Alumni coming home for the summer, we are dedicated to providing a high level environment for players committed to growing their game and preparing for their college seasons ahead.

Women's Team:
Our Sporting Iowa U23 Women's Team will provide high level training with professional coaches 2x per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from May 28 through July 11. For our second season we have added the opportunity for exhibition games– two games vs Sioux City WPSL and the possibility for additional matches.
Sign up for Sporting Iowa’s U23 Women’s Team to be part of the highest level soccer environment in Iowa this summer. Our team will be led by former UCLA x2 NCAA Final Four participant and professional soccer player for AFC Ajax, Coach Whitney Lewis who will provide an elite training and game atmosphere to assure you both maintain and elevate your game ahead of your collegiate season.
Men's team:
Our Sporting Iowa U23 Men's Team will provide high level training with professional coaches DATE/TIMES TBD. For our second season we will add exhibition games and possibility for additional matches.
